Delivery Information


We chose the postal service OMNIVA for shipping.

Important: Delivery terms don’t include the day of transfer of a parcel to the post or to the courier and the time of custom procedures which, as a rule, don’t exceed 24 hours. Delivery terms are preliminary therefore in exceptional cases (for example, the holiday periods) delivery of goods can be late on circumstances, unforeseen and independent of us. Accepting a parcel, check whether there are no visible damages of packing and/or goods. If you have noticed damage of packing and/or goods, inform in writing the postman or the courier . If you don’t do it, the claim for damages will be rejected.


Purchased in our store goods may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving. Contact us on e-mail address info@clavus.lt for details. The returning goods have to be in original packing, unused. Shipping fees of returning the goods are paid by buyer ( unless the seller’s fault: faulty goods or incorrect complete set of your purchase ). Send purchased goods only as a registered parcel.
